Ziller and Foster

In *Ziller and Foster*, heard by Tree J, the dispute concerned parenting arrangements for the parties' child. The mother had filed an Application in a Case, to which the father subsequently filed a Response by leave. The mother also filed an Amended Application in a Case.

The court was required to determine whether the mother's initial Application in a Case and the father's Response should be dismissed, and whether the mother's Amended Application in a Case should be adjourned indefinitely.

Tree J ordered that the mother's Application in a Case filed on 13 November 2014 and the father's Response filed on 8 December 2014 be dismissed. Furthermore, the mother's Amended Application in a Case filed on 13 November 2014 was adjourned indefinitely.
