Hannam J made orders reflecting a handwritten minute of order, which was admitted as Court’s Exhibit “B”. These orders stipulated that the husband was prohibited from moving into or seeking to reside at the B Street property until 19 March 2015. During this period, the wife was granted sole occupation of the property. Furthermore, if the husband wished to collect personal items from the premises, he was required to arrange this in advance with the wife's solicitors, specifying the items to be collected.
