Ylisalo v Moodie

The applicant, Ylisalo, sought an order under section 68(1)(a)(i) of the Civil Law (Wrongs) Act 2002 (ACT) for the production of documents from the first defendant, Moodie, in relation to an accident that allegedly occurred. The dispute centred on whether the documents provided were relevant to the accident and whether there was a late production of these documents.
