Yavuz and Yavuz and Anor

In the matter of *Yavuz and Yavuz and Anor*, Johnston J considered an application concerning orders made on 23 December 2013. The dispute involved a husband and wife, with the wife having filed a costs application on 17 January 2014.

The court was required to determine whether to grant a stay of certain orders made on 23 December 2013, subject to conditions, and to address the wife's application for costs. The court also needed to consider the future of parenting orders and other orders pending the determination of an appeal.
