Xavier and Munoz

In the matter of Xavier and Munoz, Johnston J recused himself from the proceedings. The wife was granted leave to file an Application in a Case on the day of the hearing.

The court was required to determine the future conduct of the proceedings following the judge's recusal.

The proceedings were adjourned to the docket registrar for a telephone directions hearing on 4 August 2014. The parties were provided with specific instructions for joining the conference call, which was anticipated to be approximately 15 minutes in duration.
