Wright and Adams (No 2)

In *Wright and Adams (No 2)*, Murphy J of the Family Court of Australia considered two contravention applications filed by the respective parents concerning their children. The father's application was filed on 23 August 2012, and the mother's application was filed the following day, 24 August 2012.

The central legal issue before the court was whether either party had contravened the parenting orders previously made in relation to the children. The court was required to assess the evidence presented by both the father and the mother to determine if any breaches of the existing orders had occurred.
