The court also allowed outlays and expenses incurred during the period 10 September 2009 to 25 February 2010, which included Mr L's own outlays and legal fees. Further outlays and expenses, specifically legal fees, were allowed for the periods 26 March 2010 to 28 July 2010 and 29 July 2010 to 9 August 2010.
