Wohenbuch & Wohenbuch

The parties in this matter were Wohenbuch and Wohenbuch. The dispute concerned orders made by the court, the details of which were set out in minutes of proposed orders. The Honourable Justice Cronin presided over the proceedings.

The court was required to determine the nature of the orders to be made and to ensure that the parties were fully informed of their obligations and the consequences of contravention. Furthermore, pursuant to sections 65DA(2) and 62B of the relevant legislation, the court ensured that a Fact Sheet detailing the particulars of the obligations, the consequences of contravention, and sources of assistance was attached to the orders and included within them. The solicitor for the wife was directed to engross the minutes and deliver them to the Associate within seven days.
