Wingham and Woden (No. 2)

In *Wingham and Woden (No. 2)*, Justice Fowler of the Family Court of Australia considered an application by the husband for costs following proceedings heard on 15 and 16 April 2008. The wife was ordered to pay the husband's costs.

The central legal issue before the court was the quantum of costs to be awarded to the husband.
