The court stipulated that handovers, unless occurring at the child's school, were to take place at the Children's Contact Service, with the Adelaide Police Station designated as an alternative if the contact service was unavailable. Specific timings and protocols for the arrival and departure of the mother, child, and paternal grandmother at the police station were outlined, with a condition that neither the mother nor the paternal grandmother be accompanied by any person other than the child. Furthermore, the mother was restrained from undertaking any employment or business activity at her place of employment during the periods she was ordered to spend time with the child. The mother's application filed on 7 June 2010 was otherwise dismissed.
