Wilton & Anor and Leary & Anor

In the matter of *Wilton & Anor and Leary & Anor*, heard by Gill J, the dispute concerned parenting orders for a child, B, born in 2010. The applicants sought to discharge previous parenting orders and establish new arrangements for B's residence and contact with the respondents.
