White and Bagley

In the matter of *White and Bagley*, heard before Judge Harland, the dispute concerned parenting orders for a child born in 2001. The mother sought to discharge all previous parenting orders and obtain sole parental responsibility for the child, with the child living with her and spending time with the father as he wished.

The court was required to determine whether to discharge existing parenting orders and, if so, what new orders should be made regarding parental responsibility, the child's residence, and the child's time with each parent.
