The decision issued by Fair Work Australia on 21 January 2013 [[2013] FWCA 459, PR533350] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting paragraph 3 and inserting the following:

“[3] The Community and Public Sector Union (PSU Group) and the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union - Victorian & Tasmanian Authorities & Services Branch have given notice under s.183 of the Act that they wish to be covered by the Agreement. In accordance with s.201(2) of the Act, I note that the Agreement covers the organisations.”
