Virgilac and Sutin

In *Virgilac and Sutin*, the Honourable Justice Cronin considered applications made by both the wife and the husband concerning their ongoing legal dispute. The wife filed her application on 1 July 2010, and the husband filed his response on 14 July 2010.

The central legal issue before the court was the appropriate course of action regarding the parties' filed applications, given the context of their substantive applications which had been awaiting determination since 9 March 2010.

Justice Cronin ordered that the wife's application of 1 July 2010 and the husband's response of 14 July 2010 be struck out. The court also granted the parties liberty to apply and directed that their substantive applications be placed in the pool of cases awaiting determination, with priority to be given from 9 March 2010.
