Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulations 2007 (TAS)

The Court upheld the validity of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulations 2007. As a result, the exemptions for certain driving instructors and public passenger vehicle drivers under the specified conditions remained in effect until 1 January 2009.
