Vasilias and Vasilias (No. 2)

In *Vasilias and Vasilias (No. 2)*, the Honourable Justice Cronin of the Supreme Court of Tasmania considered an application concerning the holding of funds by legal practitioners and the dismissal of an interim application. The proceedings involved the husband, the wife, and two other respondents.
