Application by Urban Graze Pty Ltd.

[1] An application has been made for the approval of a greenfields agreement by Urban Graze Pty Ltd.

[2] The applicant indicated in their Form F20 that an agreement had not yet been made. On 25 May 2016, the Commission contacted the Applicant to confirm whether an agreement had been made. The applicant asked that we speak to his accountant; who consequently confirmed that an agreement had not yet been made.

[3] Based on the material before the Commission, I therefore cannot be satisfied that the application satisfies the requirements of ss.172(2)(b), 186 or 187 of the Fair Work Act 2009.

[4] On that basis the Application is dismissed.
