stituted under the Technical Education and New South Wales University of Technology Act, 1949; to extend the objects of that University; for these and other purposes to amend that Act and certain other Acts in certain respects; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 7th Oetober, 1958.]

statutory instrument or in any certificate evidencing

a degree or in any other instrument or document

Any legal or other proceeding may be continued or commenced by or against that body corporate by the name of the University of New South Wales that might have been continued or commenced by or against that body corporate by the name of the New South Wales University of Technology.
