Tup and Tao

In the matter of *Tup and Tao*, Guest J of the Family Court of Australia considered an application by the wife and a response by the husband concerning issues of sole use and occupancy of the former matrimonial home and children's matters.

The husband was also ordered to pay the wife's costs thrown away on that day, fixed at $1,650, to be paid within seven days. The court certified that the matter reasonably required the attendance of counsel and directed that the ex tempore judgment be transcribed and made available to the parties.
