Tkaczyk (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (the Tribunal) considered the application of Ms Tkaczyk for a Subclass 461 New Zealand Citizen (Family Relationship) (Temporary) visa. The applicant sought review of a decision made by the Department of Home Affairs. The core of the dispute concerned whether Ms Tkaczyk was a member of the family unit of Mr Craig, who held a Subclass 444 Special Category visa at the time the Department's decision was made.
