Timms and Timms (No.2)

In *Timms and Timms (No.2)*, Judge Burchardt of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia considered parenting arrangements for three children. The dispute concerned the allocation of parental responsibility and the time the children would spend with each parent.

The court was required to determine the most appropriate orders for the children's living arrangements and time with each parent, having regard to the best interests of the children.
