Timmins and Williamson

In the matter of *Timmins and Williamson*, heard by Judge Harland, the dispute concerned a Contravention Application filed by the father against the mother. The application alleged breaches of court orders made on 12 February 2015.

The court was required to determine whether the mother had contravened order 9 of the previously made orders. Additionally, the court had to consider the allegations contained within counts 2 to 4 of the Contravention Application.

Judge Harland found that the mother had not contravened order 9. Furthermore, the court determined that there was no case to answer in relation to counts 2 to 4 of the application. Consequently, the Contravention Application was dismissed. The father was ordered to pay the mother's costs fixed at $554 within 60 days.
