Thurston and Loomis and Anor (No. 2)

In *Thurston and Loomis and Anor (No. 2)*, Forrest J of the Supreme Court of Western Australia was required to determine the quantum of legal costs payable by Mr Loomis to ML Lawyer. These costs were to be paid pursuant to orders previously made by the Court on 19 January 2018.
