The Trustee for MRP Foods Family Trust v Minister for Immigration and Anor and Kaur and Anor v Minister for Immigration and Anor

In proceedings MLG 1545 of 2018 and MLG 1182 of 2019, The Trustee for MRP Foods Family Trust and Ms Kaur, respectively, sought judicial review of decisions made by the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, which had been upheld by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
