The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 21 June 2013 [[2013] FWCA 4053, PR538134] is corrected as follows:

1. By replacing the name Kian Hoe Lim with the name Richard Sippel, in reference to the signing of the Statutory Declaration on behalf of the Employer in paragraph 2.
