In the matter of *Tayfur & Tayfur*, heard by Obradovic J, the applicant husband and respondent wife were involved in proceedings concerning their property. The court made orders regarding the exclusive occupation of a property located at B Street, Town C, New South Wales.

The central legal issue before the court was the determination of interim arrangements for the occupation of the Town C property pending further orders. This involved deciding whether to grant the wife exclusive occupation and to restrain the husband from disturbing that occupation, while also considering the husband's limited access to sheds on the property.

The husband was directed to vacate the property within 21 days, leaving it in good order and repair, and was restrained from disturbing the wife's exclusive occupation. However, the husband was granted liberty to access two sheds on the property, provided he gave the wife 24 hours' written notice of his intention to use them. The matter was subsequently listed for directions on 23 November 2021.
