The proceeding concerned an application by the wife, filed on 13 December 2002, and a response by the husband, filed on 17 March 2003, along with an application by an intervenor. The matter came before Cronin J.

All other applications were dismissed, and the proceedings were removed from the list of cases awaiting a hearing. A transcript of the reasons was to be placed on the court file.
