Sula and K&S Freighters Pty Ltd (Compensation)

The court also considered that Mr Sula's presentation involved more than just physical aspects, a factor acknowledged by the medical experts.

The Senior Member set aside the respondent's decision not to accept liability and remitted the matter for reconsideration.
