Sukovsky and Veranovsky

In the matter of *Sukovsky and Veranovsky*, heard before Cronin J, the dispute concerned various interim applications and the settlement of the sale of a property located at B Street, Suburb C. The parties, identified as the husband and wife, sought orders from the Court regarding these matters.
