Sukhminder SIngh (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal considered an application by Sukhminder Singh for a Contributory Parent (Migrant) (Class CA) visa, Subclass 143. The dispute concerned the acceptance of an Assurance of Support by Centrelink, which was a prerequisite for the visa.
