In the matter of *Suk & Fulham*, Ms Suk, the applicant, sought costs from the respondent husband in relation to an application filed on 10 January 2019. The decision was made by Rees J in the Family Court of Australia.

The primary legal issue before the court was whether the respondent husband should be ordered to pay the applicant wife's costs for her application filed on 10 January 2019.
