Stubbs & Stubbs (No. 2)

In *Stubbs & Stubbs (No. 2)*, the Honourable Justice Cronin of the Family Court of Australia considered applications concerning the time spent between a father and his two children, D and N. The dispute arose from existing orders made on 9 May 2011 regarding these children.

The court was required to determine whether to suspend the existing time orders for the child D, and whether to resume the time orders for the child N. Additionally, the court had to consider an application filed on 2 May 2013 and a response filed on 16 May 2013.

Justice Cronin ordered that all time between the father and the child D, previously established by the orders of 9 May 2011, be suspended until further order. Conversely, the court ordered that the time between the father and the child N, also pursuant to the 9 May 2011 orders, was to resume on Friday, 31 May 2013. The applications filed on 2 May 2013 and 16 May 2013 were dismissed. The court also directed that its reasons for judgment be transcribed and made available to the parties.
