The Mother was granted supervised time with the children each Sunday, with the terms and conditions of this contact to be agreed upon between the Mother and the Maternal Grandmother, or otherwise to occur at a contact centre. The court also made orders restraining both parents from applying for passports for the children and from removing the children from Australia, with the Australian Federal Police requested to place the children's names on the Airport Watch List. The Independent Children's Lawyer was discharged.
