Statute Law Amendment Act 2015 (No 2) (ACT)

The Statute Law Amendment Act 2015 (No 2) (ACT) was passed by the Legislative Assembly on 17 November 2015 and notified under the Legislation Act on 25 November 2015. The Act amends various pieces of legislation for the purpose of statute law revision, including the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008, the Road Transport (Third-Party Insurance) Act 2008, and the Electoral Act 1992, among others. The Act includes minor amendments, technical amendments, and updates to definitions and cross-references. The Act also inserts new sections and definitions, and makes changes to reflect recent legislative amendments and changes in terminology.
