Slattery and Deegan

In the matter of *Slattery and Deegan*, heard before Judge Henderson, the dispute concerned an application to set aside a binding child support agreement. The parties had entered into this agreement on 25 May 2010.

Judge Henderson ordered that the binding child support agreement entered into between the parties on 25 May 2010 be set aside as and from 2 July 2016.
