Sikchi (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) considered an application for review by Mr Sikchi concerning a decision related to his Student (Temporary) (Class TU) visa, Subclass 500. The central dispute revolved around whether the AAT possessed jurisdiction to hear Mr Sikchi's application.
