Shen (Migration)

This matter concerned a review application lodged by Mr Shen in relation to a Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme visa. The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) was required to determine whether it had jurisdiction to consider Mr Shen's application.
