Shada and National Disability Insurance Agency

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal considered a dispute between Shada (the applicant) and the National Disability Insurance Agency (the respondent) concerning the applicant's request for a reassessment of their NDIS plan under section 48 of the *National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013* (Cth).
