Setter and Howe

In the matter of *Setter and Howe*, heard before Judge Obradovic, the dispute concerned parental responsibility and living arrangements for a child, X, born in 2014. The case involved applications relating to the future care and upbringing of the child.

The court was required to determine the most appropriate orders regarding parental responsibility, where the child should live, and whether the child should spend any time with the father. The court also had to consider the finalisation of outstanding applications in the matter.

Judge Obradovic ordered that the mother shall have sole parental responsibility for X, and that X shall live with the mother. Crucially, the court ordered that X shall spend no time with the father. All outstanding applications were removed from the list of cases awaiting finalisation.
