SAN and KMA and Anor

This matter concerned an application by Mrs N (the paternal grandmother) for orders concerning the welfare of two children, [E] and [N]. The dispute involved the children's living arrangements and contact with their parents. The Honourable Justice Ryan presided over the proceedings.

The court also made orders for service of the proceedings on the father's solicitor in New Zealand and for oral notification to the maternal grandmother. Further directions were given regarding the filing of affidavits, the appearance of specific individuals to give evidence, and the release of a Department of Community Services file.
