Sajahan (Migration)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) considered the application of Sajahan for an Electronic Travel Authority (Class UD) visa, subclass 601. The dispute centred on whether the applicant had made a valid application for review of a decision concerning his visa status.
