RWO v The Queen

The case of RWO v The Queen concerned an appeal to the High Court of Australia by the applicant, RWO, against a decision of the Supreme Court of Queensland. The dispute arose from RWO's conviction for a serious criminal offence.

The High Court was required to determine whether the trial judge had erred in admitting certain evidence during RWO's trial.
