Application for approval of the Rotafab Pty Ltd Workshop Enterprise Agreement 2014.

[1] The Decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 29 May 2014, [2014] FWCA 3590 [PR551171], is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the text in paragraph [3] and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 5 June 2014. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 May 2017.”
