Ronalds and Victor

In the matter of *Ronalds and Victor*, heard by Dessau J, the applicants sought final parenting orders concerning their children, L and O, born in October 2009. The dispute centred on the arrangements for the children's care and upbringing.

The court was required to determine the most appropriate parenting orders for the children, considering their best interests. This involved assessing the level of parental responsibility to be shared between the applicants and establishing the primary residence of the children.
