Rogers and Newham

In *Rogers and Newham*, heard by Dessau J in the Family Court of Australia, the dispute concerned the future schooling arrangements for three children. The mother was ordered to meet all school fees.

The court was required to determine which educational institution the children should attend from the commencement of the 2010 school year.

Dessau J ordered that the children, H, J, and E, were to attend O Grammar School. This decision was accompanied by an order that all associated school fees were to be paid by the mother.
