In the matter of *Robinson & Farthing*, heard by Cronin J, the wife had filed applications alleging contraventions by the husband of existing parenting orders. The husband sought to have these allegations dismissed.

The court was required to determine whether the husband had contravened the parenting orders as alleged by the wife, and if so, what orders should be made. The court also considered the issue of costs and made a temporary variation to existing telephone communication orders.

Cronin J found that the contraventions alleged by the wife were not proven. Consequently, the wife was granted leave to withdraw one contravention application, and the contraventions alleged in another application were dismissed. The court ordered the wife to pay the husband's costs in the sum of $2500. Additionally, for a period of three weeks, the wife was permitted to telephone the child D on specific Saturdays and Wednesdays at 7:15 pm, with the husband to facilitate these calls. All other extant applications for parenting orders were adjourned for hearing by Justice Dessau.
