Roberts and Inkster

In the matter of *Roberts and Inkster*, heard before Young J, the dispute concerned applications relating to the ownership, management, production, sales, and income of the "L Business," as well as the financial circumstances of the husband.

The court was required to determine the appropriate course of action regarding the outstanding applications and the husband's attendance at a future hearing.
