Application for approval of the Retail Ready Operations Meat Processing Agreement 2022.

Retail Ready Operations Australia Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Retail Ready Operations Meat Processing Agreement 2022 (the Agreement).

I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

The Agreement is approved and will operate from 19 May 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 April 2026.

The Agreement covers The Australasian Meat Industry Employees Union.
