REECE & OMRHAN (EXECUTRIX OF THE ESTATE OF MR MAIREAD)

In the matter of REECE & OMRHAN (EXECUTRIX OF THE ESTATE OF MR MAIREAD), Cronin J of the Supreme Court of Victoria considered an application concerning the distribution of an estate. The applicant sought payment of a sum of money from the estate of the late Mr Mairead, with the respondent acting as the executrix.

The application filed on 18 January 2013 and the response filed on 22 November 2012 were otherwise dismissed.
