The Court found that the language of the settlement agreement, including the broad release clause, was sufficiently clear and unambiguous to encompass all claims that Mr. Rana had against the respondents at the time of the agreement, irrespective of whether those specific claims were contemplated or detailed within the document. The Court held that the parties had intended to achieve a final and comprehensive resolution of all their disputes. The appeal was dismissed.
